They define the rights and obligations of ALPHA-CAT® (the Seller) and any natural or legal person (the Customer) purchasing products through the Website within the European Union.
By confirming an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

ALPHA-CAT® specializes in CBD-based products, hemp extracts, and cannabinoid testing kits compliant with European legislation.
All our CBD products are:
- Derived from industrial hemp varieties authorized in the EU (Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013)
- Contain less than 0.3% THC, in accordance with current European law
- Tested by independent laboratories for cannabinoid content and purity

4. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

- Add them to the shopping cart
- Validate the order summary
- Accept these Terms and Conditions
- Proceed with secure payment
Once the order is confirmed, the Customer receives an order confirmation email summarizing the details of the purchase.
ALPHA-CAT reserves the right to refuse any order in case of:
- Payment failure
- Suspicion of fraud or abnormal order patterns
- Non-compliance with local regulations concerning CBD sales or import

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times:

- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days (depending on customs)
Shipping partners: Colissimo, DHL, or other certified carriers.
Orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy.
Customers receive a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
ALPHA-CAT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or transport services beyond our control.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to return unused products in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned goods.
⚠️ Exceptions:
Opened or used products (such as oils or cosmetics) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
8. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
In case of stock shortage, ALPHA-CAT will inform the Customer and propose:
- A replacement product of equivalent quality and value, or
- A full refund of the unavailable item(s).
9. Liability and Warranty
ALPHA-CAT guarantees the conformity of its products with the descriptions provided on the website.
However, ALPHA-CAT cannot be held liable for:
- Misuse of products by the Customer
- Use of products in countries where CBD is not legally authorized
- Delays or damages caused by third-party carriers
Our products comply with applicable European standards, and each batch is tested for purity and cannabinoid content by certified laboratories.
